Located 250 m above sea level in the Serra de Tramuntana, we have chosen a family winery that produces only 14,000 bottles a year and also has one of the highest quality and most exclusive olive oils in Mallorca with a production of only 2,000 litres.
Bodegas Es Verger is a small family-run winery and olive oil producer located in Esporles that occupies more than three hectares of land where a selection of varietal grapes are carefully cultivated, including both native Mallorcan and foreign varieties.
Here we combine both tastings, which take place in the family home set among vineyards and olive groves. Enjoy an atmosphere in which you will have the opportunity to visit the oil mill and witness the production of the oil. You should know that the olive oil you will taste is composed of 3 types of olive – Mallorquina 15%, Arbequina and Picual.
The wine selection includes rich wines such as viognier, sauvignon blanc or a rosé made from red grapes, and allows us to taste some of the local favourites such as Mantonegro or a blend of three grape varieties. If you happen to be in Mallorca in season, we can arrange for you to come and harvest with the family for a couple of hours.
